Help Us Redesign Oregon's School Report Cards!

Every year, Oregon's Department of Education issues report cards on our community schools and districts. These report cards show how our schools and districts are performing relative to others. As part of a federal flexibility waiver, the Oregon Department of Education is now redesigning its report cards and needs your help.

Please take the time to participate in a special report card redesign survey. We want and need all of your feedback, ideas and suggestions in order to build the world-class report card we envision for our state. Whether you're a parent, student, teacher, administrator, or concerned citizen, these report cards are designed for you. And you should have the opportunity to help design them.

The survey will take only about 25 minutes and, if necessary, you can stop and finish the survey later, picking up where you left off. But don't delay. The survey will be available only through March 10th. Thanks in advance for your participation! It will help ensure Oregon's school report cards meet your needs, and those of generations to come.
